About the Role
Designer Group is a leading international mechanical and electrical provider specialising in turnkey packages for the design, supply and installation of M&E services. Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver complex engineering solutions across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe, partnering with some of the world's largest multinational companies across sectors including data centres, pharmaceuticals, commercial, industrial and energy.

As a Commercial Graduate based in London, you will join our Commercial team and gain practical experience supporting the commercial management of major M&E projects across the UK. Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you will develop your understanding of contracts, cost control, valuations, procurement, variations and project reporting.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Commercial team with project cost control and reporting, assisting with valuations and applications for payment, supporting subcontractor account administration, managing contract and commercial documentation, tracking variations, assisting with cost reporting and forecasting, maintaining accurate commercial records, supporting procurement and supplier activities, and working collaboratively with project and finance teams.

Experience
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
