Designer Group is a leading international mechanical and electrical provider specialising in turnkey packages for the design, supply and installation of M&E services. Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver complex engineering solutions across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe, partnering with some of the world's largest multinational companies across sectors including data centres, pharmaceuticals, commercial, industrial and energy.

As an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Graduate based in London, you will support the delivery of health, safety and environmental standards across our UK projects. Working alongside experienced EHS professionals and project teams, you will gain practical experience in site safety, risk management, environmental compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include supporting the implementation of EHS procedures across project sites, assisting with site inspections, audits and safety observations, supporting risk assessments and method statement reviews, assisting with incident, accident and near-miss reporting, supporting site inductions and toolbox talks, maintaining accurate EHS records and documentation, assisting with environmental and sustainability initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant UK legislation and company standards. You will work closely with project and site management teams to promote a safe and compliant working environment.

Experience
Degree or relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety or a related discipline.
Strong interest in the construction and engineering sector.
Comfortable working in a site-based environment.
