About the Role
We are seeking a Communications and Campaigns Officer to join our organisation. This role involves working across both communications and campaigns activities with a varied set of responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with the Director to develop strategies aimed at achieving our longer-term campaign goals. Additionally, you will provide ongoing policy and parliamentary support and contribute to our press office function. We encourage the post holder to develop their skills and knowledge to take the lead on engagement with specific stakeholders and/or particular issues, enhancing their professional growth within the organisation.

Experience
Experience in communications, campaigns, or related fields is desirable to effectively support and develop campaign strategies and press office activities.

About you
You are motivated to develop your skills in communications and campaigns, with the ability to work collaboratively and take initiative. You should be adaptable, proactive, and keen to engage with stakeholders and complex issues.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in communications, media, public relations, or related disciplines are advantageous but not explicitly required. A commitment to learning and professional development is essential.
