About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Communications and Engagement Manager to join ARIA. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of communication strategies that effectively engage stakeholders and promote ARIA’s mission. You will manage internal and external communications, build strong relationships with partners, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice of ARIA and contribute to its growth and impact in the community.

Experience
Proven experience in communications, public relations, or stakeholder engagement roles. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful communication strategies.

About you
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passionate about community engagement and able to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications
A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Relevant professional experience will be considered.
