About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join the Housing team at Wandle Housing Association. We’re looking for a highly responsive and customer service focused individual to promote safe and sustainable neighbourhoods. You will deliver a proactive, customer-focused service to residents experiencing low-level anti-social behaviour (ASB), noise nuisance, tenancy breaches, neighbourhood disputes and environmental concerns.

You will manage a community safety caseload, taking ownership of cases from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping on all customer interactions. You will work collaboratively with neighbourhood officers, Police, local authorities and other partner agencies to identify issues and implement effective interventions that improve community safety.

Initially, you will work in partnership with TPAS to develop a community-focused engagement framework for tenants and, once established, take ownership of managing and developing this approach. You will also prepare case notes, reports and correspondence in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Knowledge of tenancy management, community safety and partnership working practices.
Good IT skills, proficient in Microsoft packages and confident using new systems. Experience with CRM or case management systems is advantageous, with Dynamics system experience being a plus.
