About the Role
The Complaints Resolution Officer is responsible for ensuring that actions promised to customers as part of Stage 1 complaint resolutions are followed up, delivered, and clearly recorded. This role supports the effective closure of complaints by verifying that agreed actions have been completed, keeping customers proactively informed about progress or any changes, and confirming outcomes with customers wherever possible.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complaints action tracking and follow-ups
- Customer communication and resolution check-ins
- Complaints resolution support
Experience
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
Understanding of complaints processes and procedures.
Knowledge of the Housing Ombudsman Code is desirable.
About you
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience and knowledge of housing complaints procedures are advantageous.
