About the Role
As a Compliance & Testing Engineer, you will be foot-mobile across our London portfolio, ensuring our buildings remain legally compliant through statutory testing and thorough evidence collection. The work is fast-paced and ideal for ambitious candidates eager to rapidly progress their career in maintenance and engineering. Your main responsibilities will include carrying out statutory testing for emergency lighting, fire alarms, water temperatures and flushing, fire door inspections, and dry risers. You will log every result on the same day, including readings, photos, certificates, and asset records. Any failures or defects must be flagged immediately to the team to ensure swift resolution. Reeve is a sister platform to Kitt, using AI to manage reactive jobs, compliance, suppliers, dispatch, and reporting. We are rapidly expanding across London, onboarding 20+ buildings over the next 12 months, offering a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Experience
Experience working with hardware tools and electrical equipment is essential. Basic understanding of electrical systems and basic maths skills are required. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions.

About you
You are a careful and methodical worker with a strong interest in growing your experience in property maintenance. You have good communication skills and confidence when representing the company in front of clients. Well-organised with excellent attention to detail, you prioritise health and safety and can identify potential issues before they arise. You are comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but Legionella / L8 water hygiene training, Lone Working, and Electrical Safety training are preferred. All candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
