About the Role
As a Compliance & Testing Engineer, you will be foot-mobile across our London portfolio, ensuring our buildings remain legally compliant through statutory testing and evidence collection. Your responsibilities will include carrying out statutory testing on emergency lighting, fire alarms, water temperatures and flushing, fire door inspections, and dry risers. You will log every result on the same day, including readings, photos, certificates, and asset records. Any failures or defects must be flagged immediately to the team. You will represent Reeve professionally while working independently or as part of a team. Reeve is an innovative platform managing workspace compliance and operations across London, rapidly expanding with 20+ buildings onboarding in the next 12 months.

Experience
Experience working with hardware tools and electrical equipment. Basic understanding of electrical systems and basic maths skills. Proven problem-solving ability with a methodical and careful approach to work.

About you
You are well-organised with strong attention to detail and prioritise health and safety by spotting potential problems before they occur. You have good communication skills and confidence when interacting with clients, representing Reeve professionally. Comfortable working alone and collaboratively within a team. Interested in growing your experience in property maintenance.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required. However, Legionella / L8 water hygiene training, Lone Working, and Electrical Safety training are preferred. All candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
