About the Role
Join the London Borough of Sutton and work across two high performing London Boroughs: Kingston and Sutton. As a Content Designer within our Digital team, you will put people first and technology second. You will create clear, accessible, and user-focused content that helps residents easily find the information and services they need. Working as part of an agile, multi-disciplinary team, you will design and publish content that solves real user problems, using research and evidence to shape and test content effectiveness. Collaboration with designers, developers, and service teams is key to ensuring content fits seamlessly into the user journey. You will simplify complex information, adhering to accessibility and style standards, and continuously improve content based on data, feedback, and performance.
Both boroughs are engaged in exciting developments such as the London Cancer Hub in Sutton and the largest housing regeneration programme in Kingston. Experience
Experience in content design or related roles is desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams and use research and data to inform content decisions is essential.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are mandated; however, relevant experience or training in content design, digital services, or user experience is advantageous.
