About the Role
Nuffield Health is Britain’s largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation. Join us as a Content Editor in our Digital team and play your part in building a healthier nation. The Content Editor will be an expert in the creation and publication of digital content and will maximise the capabilities of our CMS (content management system) to reduce the requirement for digital development. You will lead production of high-quality content that delivers against prescribed business and customer outcomes such as digital NPS improvement, increased digital sales, and increased digital task completion, all aligned to the Nuffield Health brand guidelines.
As our Content Editor you will:
- Demonstrate deep subject matter expertise in various content management systems including Brightspot, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager
- Build, optimise and publish content to meet business and customer objectives, ensuring all content meets website quality standards
- Write and edit content that is highly comprehensible for the target audience
- Drive outcomes through strong content, such as increasing click-through rates and digital NPS
- Implement best practices in SEO and accessibility
- Regularly review and update existing pages to keep content current
- Create, manage, and manipulate digital assets including images and videos
Experience
- Previous experience in website management and working with a range of CMS to deliver non-development changes
- Significant, demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience in content editing
- Proven delivery experience in a complex IT environment with a high volume of change
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliveries simultaneously
- Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, with the ability to analyse and draw insights from data
- Track record of running A/B test campaigns (e.g. Adobe Target, Google Optimize)
- Experience working in scrum environments

- Accomplished, credible, and respected professional with well-developed stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills gained in a complex organisation
