About the Role
Nuffield Health is entering a pivotal phase of its digital transformation, focusing on delivering reliable, scalable technology solutions that support exceptional patient and member experiences. A key priority is the cloud migration of one of our hospital electronic patient record systems (EPRs), aimed at improving performance, resilience and operational effectiveness of this critical healthcare platform. This programme will enhance stability, improve processes and ensure sustainable technology delivery to support high-quality diagnostic services.

As Technology Delivery Manager, you will lead this strategically important programme, overseeing delivery across multiple workstreams and aligning teams across Technology, Clinical Services, Operations, Finance and external partners. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end delivery of the EPR cloud migration programme with a focus on clear, cost-effective outcomes that improve platform stability, operational performance and user experience.

You will coordinate and align multiple internal teams and external suppliers against a shared programme vision and roadmap, manage programme plans, dependencies and risks across technology, operational and supplier workstreams, and own delivery governance. Clear communication of progress, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders will be essential.

Additional duties include managing programme budgets in partnership with Finance, identifying and addressing platform challenges with Clinical and Operational teams, supporting long-term platform resilience with Architecture, Infrastructure and Service Management teams, embedding effective delivery practices, and supporting the evolution of delivery standards across the organisation.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Technology Delivery Manager, Programme Manager or similar role within a technology-driven environment
- Experience delivering complex technology, infrastructure, software or business-critical platform programmes
- Experience in cloud migration projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging senior leaders and operational teams
- Experience managing budgets and financial tracking alongside Finance teams
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology partners
