Hours
Full Time - 40 hours per week (32 hours gym floor, 8 hours personal training sessions). During probation, a minimum of 24 gym floor hours is required to guarantee minimum salary. As your client base grows, gym floor hours will reduce to maximise personal training earning potential.

£29,045.12 to £39,241.28 OTE per year

Experience
Experience as a Personal Trainer is preferred but not mandatory. Confidence in delivering a range of sessions and consultations is essential.

You are confident, outgoing, approachable and a natural communicator. You listen well, understand client needs and explain fitness concepts clearly. You are ambitious, caring and motivated to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Qualifications
All candidates must hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and current CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level or above. Applications without these qualifications cannot be progressed. Ongoing professional development and CPD participation is encouraged.
