About the Role
As a Duty Manager at Nuffield Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our club. Your primary responsibility will be supervising the clean team while also managing day-to-day operations including opening and closing the club during your shift. You will prioritize member satisfaction by engaging with members, fostering happiness, and building strong relationships. Leading by example, you will support and guide your colleagues while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will conduct tours for prospective members, showcasing the unique benefits that Nuffield Health provides. Additionally, you will oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively, and help achieve sales targets. A high standard of swimming ability is required, with willingness to undergo training to cover Lifeguard breaks on site.

Experience
Demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly understand business operations are essential. Previous management or supervisory experience is advantageous.

You are able to swim to a high standard and willing to undertake training for Lifeguard cover. You are confident leading a team and maintaining high standards in a busy environment.
