As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality digital products by leading end-to-end product design activities. You will work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, applying your expertise in UX, interaction, UI design, and prototyping to create inclusive and scalable design solutions. This role requires a pragmatic, adaptable, and outcome-focused mindset, with strong communication skills to build trust and alignment with clients and stakeholders.

Experience
- Strong experience in end-to-end Product Design, from discovery and research through to delivery and iteration
- Expertise in UX and interaction design, including user journeys, wireframing, and information architecture
- Background in UI design and prototyping
- Strong experience with design systems and accessibility, applying inclusive and scalable design principles
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build alignment
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative design activities, including discovery, ideation, and co-design
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to deliver effective, high-quality digital products
