About the Role
As a Creative Manager, Film at Runna, you will lead and inspire the film creative team to develop innovative and compelling visual content that aligns with the company’s vision and goals. This role requires a strong creative vision, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through to delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality film productions that engage and captivate audiences.

Experience
Proven experience in film production and creative management, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in delivering successful film projects.

Creative, motivated, and able to inspire a team. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for storytelling through film.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in film, media, or a related creative field is preferred.
