About the Role
The Soar Group is one of the UK’s fastest-growing performance agency groups, comprising three specialist agencies: Hambi Media, For You Advertising, and Soar With Us. Together, they manage over £100M in ad spend and operate the UK’s largest Creative Strategy department, delivering high-quality design, production, strategy, and UGC under one roof.

As a Creative Strategist, you will lead creative strategy across a portfolio of fast-growing D2C brands, owning the creative direction and performance across multiple client accounts. Your responsibilities include driving ideation, scripting, briefing, and analysis from end to end, developing, testing, and scaling high-performing creative that delivers measurable results across Meta and TikTok.

You will collaborate closely with designers, producers, media buyers, and account managers to ensure creative output is strategically sound, performance-driven, and executed to a high standard. This role requires a proactive mindset and a passion for performance marketing and creative innovation.

Experience
2-4+ years experience in paid social, creative strategy, content, or performance marketing. Agency experience is a plus. Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad ecosystems. Proven ability to analyse performance data and translate it into creative decisions.
