About the Role
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, the backstage powerhouse of our stores. This physically demanding, high-intensity role ensures our stores run smoothly by managing stock, deliveries, and all vital behind-the-scenes tasks. You will keep the shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers, working fast, focused, and with urgency and accuracy.
Flexibility is essential as you will work across the wider store to meet the pace and demands of retail. Being digitally confident is crucial to efficiently track deliveries and manage stock using digital tools. Teamwork is key, as you will support colleagues across different functions.
This role requires adaptability, from early morning deliveries to late stock shifts, always moving with purpose to keep the store running effectively.
