About the Role
London Square is seeking an experienced Customer Care Operative to join our award-winning Customer Care team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring clear and concise communication from legal completion through the 24-month Defects Liability Period and beyond. This project-based role requires travel to various sites, with a vehicle provided. Responsibilities include attending customer properties to rectify defects in line with company standards, aiming for first-time fixes, reporting on works carried out, tracing and accessing defects as needed, and assisting Customer Care Managers with defect resolution meetings. You will be integral to maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our customers and upholding London Square's commitment to outstanding service and quality developments.

Experience
Experience working as a Customer Care Operative or Multi-trade operative for a developer in a similar role is ideal. Experience using Clixifix and understanding NHBC & NHQB standards is beneficial. Holding a CSCS card and relevant NVQs is advantageous.
About you
You must have empathy and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively are essential. Clear and concise communication skills are required, along with the ability to recognise when escalation is necessary. A full driving license is mandatory as a van will be supplied.
Qualifications
Relevant NVQs and a CSCS card are beneficial but not mandatory.
