Rotational shift patterns Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm, with possible weekend shifts. 37 hours 30 minutes per week

About the Role
Join Sky's Contact Centre Apprenticeship and become part of a team focused on delivering the best customer service in the country. You will engage in meaningful conversations with new and existing customers, selling Sky products while gaining a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification. Most of your time will be spent working hands-on, learning on the job and developing skills in customer care, communication, and sales. You will keep customers at the heart of everything you do, stay up to date with Sky’s products and campaigns, and work towards targets across several business measures. Experience
No prior experience required. Enthusiasm for customer service and sales is essential.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 GCSEs or equivalent (grade GCSE)
- Must be above statutory school-leaver age by September 2026
- Must have completed any current studies by September 2026 with no plans to study during the apprenticeship
- Must not have already completed a qualification or degree in the same subject area
- Valid right to work in the UK for the full duration of the apprenticeship (15 months) without requiring sponsorship or renewal
