About the Role
This fixed term contract role (12 months) is based in the United Kingdom and requires all normal working days to be carried out on-site at our office in London. As a Customer Service Associate within Coutts Cashiers & Safe Custody, you will deliver excellent service to customers, always keeping their needs and financial goals in mind. You will educate customers on the different ways they can do their banking and support them in choosing the options that work best for them. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to complete processes and procedures while providing a seamless customer experience.

You will be responsible for providing a friendly, professional and welcoming experience to clients arriving for meetings. Your expertise will be used to handle a range of banking requests and transactions, including large encashments, foreign exchange, and Safe Custody services. Additionally, you will contribute to improving processes and procedures to maximise client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This is an office-first role, with time spent collaborating both in-person and digitally with colleagues. Please note this position does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.

Experience
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service in the financial services industry
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
- Knowledge of frontline financial services roles is essential

Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Working knowledge of Avaloq is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
