Hours
Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Contracted hours to be worked within Customer Service Centre opening times. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the base office 3 days a week (daily during induction up to 3 months).

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will deliver a professional, responsive, and high-quality service across phone, email, and digital channels. Working collaboratively within a team, you will manage a wide range of enquiries including repairs, ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining accurate records. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience, supporting service improvements, and working closely with colleagues and partners to meet customer needs.

Experience
Experience using IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
