Location
Hayes. Working across Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.
Hours
35 hours a week, including Saturdays. Full-time working pattern.
Salary
£28,719 increasing to £29,469 after 6 months in role. We operate a skill progression framework where you can increase your pay by developing new skills and taking on new activities, with the opportunity to earn up to £34,469 at the highest skill level.
About the Role
You'll begin your journey in one of our branches, providing face-to-face support to our customers. You will learn, grow, and develop within an inclusive organisation with genuine values focused on putting people first and making a difference to customers, businesses, and communities. Over time, there will be opportunities to transition into a range of roles such as helping customers over the phone from home, continuing to deliver outstanding service remotely via social media, web-chat, and remote advice video calls.

No formal qualifications are required for this role, only a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
