About the Role
Our Consumer Services & Engagement lab (CS&E) is seeking an Integrator to drive effective coordination and integration of technical delivery components that require cross-cutting engagement across multiple Labs and third parties. You will model a desire to develop your skills and experience, create space to learn and collaborate, and demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and confidence. You will select the most appropriate tools and methods to deliver change and build relationships across role communities, change teams, and business areas to maximise continuous improvement through shared learnings.

Key responsibilities include developing the sequence for technical integration tasks in collaboration with Engineering Leads, cataloguing and leading technology dependencies, coordinating integration and implementation events across shared infrastructure, and leading the Service Introduction process to deliver value for customers. You will work with colleagues outside the lab to ensure delivery at pace, identify and resolve blockers, act as an interface between suppliers and business colleagues, run complex high-risk implementations, provide expertise for governance activities, and enable technology risk and control improvements.

This role requires on-call availability to support critical delivery activities.

About you
