Salary
£47,135 - £52,008 per annum dependant on experience. Plus Essential Car Allowance.

About the Role
Join the Major Works Delivery Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a Delivery Programme Lead. You will be responsible for the delivery and quality of large, planned programmes including Kitchen and Bathroom renewal, external windows and door programmes, roofing, retrofit works, and fire safety remediation. Working closely with partnered contractors, you will ensure excellent service and high-quality outcomes while maintaining L&Q property assets in line with allocated programmes. This role involves developing efficient, de-risked project solutions and acting as the first point of contact for residents, partners and stakeholders. The role reports to the Partnership Manager and covers refurbishment, planned investment, mechanical and electrical works.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in project management of large, planned works including kitchen/bathroom renewal, external works, retrofit and complex projects. Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen including risk management, financial reporting and presenting to internal stakeholders.

About you
Strong collaboration and influencing skills with key stakeholders. Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills with ability to maintain accurate and timely records and manage data effectively. Able to work under pressure, prioritise own workload and support others when needed. Empathic and nurturing with positive contribution to team dynamics. Able to act as first point of contact for residents, partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel including comparing spreadsheets, v-lookups, pivot tables, formulae and producing simple reports. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential. Ability to produce mail merges and presentations.
