Building strong relationships with families, you will work in partnership with parents to support children's individual needs and provide exceptional customer service. You will ensure EYFS and Ofsted compliance by implementing policies, maintaining accurate records, monitoring quality, and leading inspection readiness. You will oversee staffing and resource management, ensuring appropriate ratios, effective delegation, accurate record-keeping, and efficient use of resources. Supporting nursery growth and occupancy through parent tours, events, collaboration with admissions teams, and maintaining excellent parent experiences will be key. You will promote a positive, inclusive culture by leading by example, encouraging teamwork, championing equality and diversity, and supporting continuous improvement across the nursery.
