You will observe and plan learning by recording observations and planning next steps to support each child’s development. Using varied teaching strategies, you will adapt approaches to meet different learning styles and interests. You will create enabling environments that spark curiosity, awe, and exploration. Supporting SEND needs, you will work with families and professionals to provide tailored support for children with additional needs. Safeguarding children effectively by following procedures and reporting concerns promptly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is essential. You will also carry out safety checks and contribute to daily health and safety routines and risk assessments.
Experience
Experience working with children in early years settings is desirable but not essential. Enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting children's development are key.

Qualifications
Relevant early years qualifications are preferred but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and develop professionally within the role is essential.
