Your responsibilities will include observing and planning learning by recording observations and planning next steps to support each child’s development, using varied teaching strategies to adapt approaches to different learning styles and interests, and creating enabling environments that spark curiosity, awe, and exploration. You will also support SEND needs by working with families and professionals to provide tailored support for children with additional needs, safeguard children effectively by following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns promptly, and carry out safety checks contributing to daily health and safety routines and risk assessments.
Experience
Experience working with children in early years settings is desirable but not essential. Enthusiasm and a passion for supporting children's development are key.

Qualifications
Relevant early years qualifications are preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional development is essential.
