- Supporting day to day tasks within the service to deliver the best possible outcomes for residents
- Ensuring Risk Management processes and policies are followed within the service
- Property and housing management, ensuring accommodation standards, timely maintenance, and reporting
- Striving to ensure excellence and quality in service delivery
- Financial management of the service budget with cost saving mechanisms

Requirements

- Experience and understanding of supporting individuals with personality disorders
- Knowledge of the Criminal Justice System and its impact on residents
- Ability to provide high quality support and line management to staff
- Proven ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve KPIs
- Experience supporting service managers with daily tasks, caseloads, and overall service management
- Ability to provide advice, guidance, and support on all aspects of service delivery including resident-related queries
- IT proficiency with various systems including case management, Microsoft Office, ATS, HR systems, and other organisational software
