About the Role
Banijay Rights is a leading global distributor representing a world-class, multi-genre portfolio of over 230,000 hours of standout programming. The division specialises in the exploitation of premium scripted and non-scripted brands to broadcasters worldwide, encompassing top titles such as Survivor, Big Brother, MasterChef, Peaky Blinders, and Black Mirror among others. As Design Manager, you will report to the VP Design and VP Brand Management (or their nominated replacements) and be responsible for managing product design, product approvals, and creating marketing materials for Banijay Rights. Your role will involve assisting with the implementation of the agreed design strategy, managing licensed product ranges and experiences, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, market trends, and commercial objectives. You will oversee the end-to-end product approvals process, act as the key contact for licensees, manage product samples and archives, and create high-quality product mock-ups and presentation materials. Additionally, you will maintain the consumer products asset library, drive creative innovation, develop and maintain brand guidelines, and provide design support for new business pitches. You will also create sales and marketing materials to support the brand commercial team and update the Banijay Rights website with key marketing and brand licensing information. Other marketing duties may be required as part of your role.

Experience
Minimum of five years’ experience in design within the television or brand licensing industries. Strong design skills with excellent attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Demonstrated understanding of the product launch process from concept to implementation. Proven ability to manage complex relationships.
