About the Role
We are seeking an organised and efficient Development Officer with a high attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work on their own initiative, and carry out effective research while managing multiple tasks. You will be an active member of the development team at Battersea Arts Centre, supporting day-to-day administration, liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders, helping to run cultivation events for our supporters, and assisting with bid-writing. This role offers a valuable opportunity to learn and contribute towards achieving financial targets. Applications close at 10pm on Sunday 4 January 2026. Successful shortlisted applicants will be invited to an initial interview on either 21 or 22 January 2026. A BSL interpreter can be provided if required.
Experience
Experience in administration, research, or development roles is desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently is essential.
