About the Role
Join HIT Training as an Apprenticeship Development Quality Assurer and play a key role in shaping the future of vocational training across London. You will coach and develop vocational trainers through face-to-face and remote mentoring, identify development needs, and build tailored training plans. Supporting trainers with induction, continuous professional development, and qualifications such as TAQA and Learning and Skills Mentor will be central to your role. You will conduct teaching observations, provide actionable feedback, and champion continuous improvement aligned with the Education Inspection Framework. Using quality assurance tools like e-portfolios and learner data, you will identify gaps and underperformance, working closely with Area Managers and other departments to ensure consistent delivery. Additionally, you will design and deliver upskilling workshops, coaching interventions, and risk-based training sessions. Collaboration with employers during site visits to monitor apprenticeship delivery quality and staying current with sector trends and learning innovations will be essential to maximise learning impact.
