About the Role
Join HIT Training as an Apprenticeship Development Quality Assurer and play a key role in shaping the future of vocational training across London. You will coach and develop vocational trainers by delivering face-to-face and remote coaching, mentoring, and teaching support. Identify trainer development needs and build tailored training plans, supporting trainers through structured induction, CPD, and qualifications such as TAQA and Learning and Skills Mentor. Conduct regular teaching observations and provide actionable feedback to improve learner outcomes.
You will champion continuous improvement aligned with the Education Inspection Framework, using quality assurance tools like e-portfolios and learner data to identify gaps and underperformance. Collaborate closely with Area Managers and other departments to ensure consistent delivery.
Maximise learning impact by designing and running upskilling workshops, coaching interventions, and risk-based training sessions. Work alongside employers during site visits to monitor apprenticeship delivery quality. Stay up to date with sector trends and innovations in digital and in-person learning strategies.
Experience
Experience in hospitality apprenticeship delivery, vocational training, or quality assurance is essential.

Qualifications
Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (e.g. Award in Education and Training). Ideally a Level 4 TAQA qualification or willingness to work towards it (full support provided). Coaching qualification is desirable.
