About the Role
Join a high-growth fintech building next-generation financial infrastructure used by thousands of businesses across Europe. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling a modern, cloud-native platform powering real-time financial products. You will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling cloud infrastructure across AWS or Azure, owning and evolving Kubernetes environments in production, and driving Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) best practices across teams. Your work will improve system reliability, observability, and incident response while partnering closely with engineering teams to optimise CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, you will explore and integrate GenAI tools to enhance developer productivity and operational efficiency. This role offers real ownership and impact on platform and infrastructure decisions within a collaborative, engineering-first culture.

Experience
- Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Proven track record with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture (AWS or Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar
- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Bonus: Experience leveraging GenAI tools in engineering workflows

Qualifications
