As Digital Distribution Manager, you will be an ambitious, personable self-starter and natural relationship builder. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will package, position, and present value-added services to existing and new partners and retailers, driving growth and commercial success. This role connects with every area of our business, including Marketing, Publishing, and Commercial teams, offering a broad scope to develop diverse skills across the eCommerce ecosystem. You will also engage directly with senior leaders and lead commercial discussions with retailers to advance the business.
Key Deliverables
- Represent Green Man Gaming with integrity and expertise to current and future business partners
- Use market and consumer insights to support retailers, identify new opportunities, and anticipate challenges
- Spot, secure, and close commercial partnership opportunities to drive business growth
Experience
- Proven knowledge of the games industry and retail landscape
- In-depth understanding of digital distribution and digital ecosystems
- Experience negotiating contracts and licensing agreements, with an understanding of royalties preferred
- International experience and established connections with global retailers
