About the Role
The National Gallery is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join the digital department and help deliver digital projects that support our 10‑year strategy. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end delivery of a diverse portfolio of digital initiatives, including public‑facing products, innovation projects and strategic partnerships. Working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, you’ll collaborate with internal teams across the Gallery as well as external agencies and partners to deliver high‑quality digital experiences that enhance audience engagement, support income generation and reflect the Gallery’s values.

You’ll be responsible for project planning, budgets and contracts, as well as ensuring clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll also play an active role in continuous improvement, helping to strengthen digital project management best practice across the organisation.

We’re looking for someone who is confident leading projects independently, comfortable managing complexity, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You’ll bring experience of digital delivery, a collaborative mindset, and a strong focus on quality and outcomes.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to shape digital work within one of the world’s leading cultural institutions, we’d love to hear from you.
