About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Divisional Health and Safety Manager to support Vita Health Group and the wider Primary Care Division of Spire Healthcare. This pivotal role focuses on strengthening our Health and Safety Management System by providing expert training, coaching, and guidance to operational Health & Safety Managers, Coordinators, and Administrators across our services. As a key governance partner, you will ensure robust health and safety standards are embedded and maintained. Working closely with the Spire Head of Health, Safety and Business Continuity Planning, you will contribute to strategic development while offering practical, day-to-day support to operational sites. You will be an integral part of our Central Health & Safety Team, helping to drive a positive safety culture, supporting colleagues at all levels, and ensuring our services operate safely, compliantly, and confidently. Experience
Proven experience in health and safety management, ideally within a healthcare or similar regulated environment. Demonstrable ability to provide training, coaching, and guidance to operational teams. Experience working within governance frameworks and contributing to strategic health and safety development.
