About the Role
We are seeking reliable, experienced care assistants across London to provide compassionate care and companionship to clients in their own homes. You will visit multiple locations throughout your shift, delivering one-to-one care during a minimum of 1-hour visits—no 15 or 30 minute calls. As a care assistant, your responsibilities will include providing personal care, condition management, household tasks, and supporting clients to pursue their interests and hobbies while building meaningful relationships.

Experience
Minimum of 6 months experience working in the care industry is required.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Induction training is provided and paid. Ongoing training opportunities include Care Certificate and Level 2 & 3 Diplomas.
