About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a Driver with Retail Sales Advisor duties to join the team at our Brewers Decorator Centre in Mansfield to provide exceptional service to our customers in store. You will play a vital part in keeping the branch and its delivery service running smoothly. Experience with our products isn't strictly necessary; if you bring great customer service and team working skills, we'll provide everything you need to succeed.

Conveniently located on Hermitage Lane Industrial Estate, our Mansfield Decorator Centre has been supplying the local community with decorating supplies for over 20 years. In store, we carry a vast range of trade and designer paints, wallpaper pattern books, and all the tools and accessories customers need to complete their decorating projects. Our friendly and knowledgeable team have been sharing expert advice and making recommendations to both trade and retail customers for many years, reflecting our commitment to outstanding customer service.

Branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.

As a Driver with Retail Sales Advisor Duties, your responsibilities will include:
- Making contactless deliveries to customers in and around the Mansfield area driving our Company Transit van
- Providing exceptional service to customers in branch to uphold our reputation for quality Brewers service
- Using product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
- Mixing paint for customers, processing specialist orders, and requesting special stock within the Branch network
- Developing sales of the Company product range including wallpaper, paint and fabric
- Building relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and provide a comprehensive service
- Promoting seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales
- Assisting with stock maintenance in the branch
- Unloading deliveries and ensuring stock is distributed throughout the store

Experience
Previous retail experience or product knowledge is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. Familiarity with Mansfield and the surrounding area is required. A full clean manual driving licence is essential.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations. Approachable with an open and friendly personality, happy to help both customers and colleagues. Enjoys working and supporting a team but can also work independently. Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within the industry.

Qualifications
Full clean manual driving licence required. No other formal qualifications are necessary.
