You will be a consistent key person, offering comfort, stability, and strong relationships for your key children. Your responsibilities will include observing and planning learning by recording observations and planning next steps to support each child’s development. You will use varied teaching strategies, adapting approaches to meet different learning styles and interests, and create enabling environments that spark curiosity, awe, and exploration. Supporting SEND needs by working with families and professionals to provide tailored support for children with additional needs will be part of your role. You will safeguard children effectively by following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns promptly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). Additionally, you will carry out safety checks and contribute to daily health and safety routines and risk assessments.
