Your responsibilities will include observing and planning learning by recording observations and planning next steps to support each child’s development, using varied teaching strategies to adapt approaches to meet different learning styles and interests, and creating enabling environments that spark curiosity, awe, and exploration. You will support SEND needs by working with families and professionals to provide tailored support for children with additional needs. Safeguarding children effectively by following procedures and reporting concerns promptly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is essential. You will also carry out safety checks contributing to daily health and safety routines and risk assessments.

Qualifications
