About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join Lift Schools, one of the largest multi-academy trusts in the country, supporting over 33,000 pupils across 59 primary, secondary and special schools. Based in a modern building in Ed City with excellent transport links, you will work within the central team providing high-quality administrative, operational and event support across a range of educational initiatives. Reporting to the Education Programmes Coordinator, you will support teacher and leader development programmes, curriculum networks, study tours and principal events, as well as providing administrative support to senior leaders within the Education team. This varied and fast-paced role combines programme coordination, event delivery, stakeholder management and senior leadership support. The role offers opportunities to develop expertise in programme management, educational operations, event delivery and stakeholder engagement within a large and dynamic multi-academy trust.
Experience
Strong administrative skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience managing calendars, spreadsheets and document production. Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
About you
Highly organised and proactive individual able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a changing environment. Excellent time management skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues across teams.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications required; however, good IT skills and a professional attitude are essential. A willingness to learn and develop within the role is important.
