About the Role
Working as part of the Premier League Foundation Programmes and Impact team, the Education Programmes Executive will support the effective delivery and ongoing development of the Premier League Inspires programme across England and Wales. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across the Foundation, including the Education Programmes Manager, football club charities, and key partners to ensure high-quality, evidence-led programme delivery aligned to strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include supporting funded organisations to implement programme activity, monitoring performance and outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement in delivery standards. The role also supports oversight of the Premier League Inspires programme to ensure strong governance, value for money, and impact aligned to programme objectives.

The postholder will work collaboratively with wider partners to strengthen programme outcomes, focusing on supporting young people and creating safer, stronger, more inclusive communities. Additional duties include supporting national events, workshops, conferences, and network meetings, as well as contributing to resource development and quality assurance.

Experience
- Experience working within the secondary education and/or sport sector, preferably in a charitable or community development capacity.
- Proven ability to deliver against programme objectives supporting children to be active and develop essential life skills.
- Understanding of challenges faced by young people, teachers, and schools, especially in underserved communities, including issues related to wellbeing, confidence, attendance, attainment, and careers.
- Experience supporting grant-funded programmes or projects, including monitoring performance, analysing data, and applying evidence to improve delivery.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and produce clear, concise reports.
