As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will ensure that Neg Earth’s equipment is maintained and serviced to the highest and safest standards. You will be part of a professional technical operations team working with some of the industry’s leading technology and brands. This role offers the opportunity, training, and guidance to develop your expertise in a collaborative environment.
Your duties will include repairing cables and fixings, servicing dimmers, distros, controls, transformers, and specialist lighting equipment, fault finding, manufacturing cable assemblies, and maintaining stock levels. You will also assist with power distribution, motor control, cabling, bespoke equipment, and special projects as directed. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and complying with all company policies and health and safety requirements are essential parts of the role.

Experience
- Practical experience in an electrical/electronic role
- Proven experience soldering and wiring
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
- Knowledge of 3 phase power and distribution
- Electrical safety knowledge and awareness
- Knowledge and understanding of Motor Control Systems
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
- Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic computer skills including MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Willingness to work paid overtime including weekends as required

Qualifications
- Level 2 Electrical/Electronic qualification or BTEC Electrical qualification
