About the Role
Engineering Services, part of the Repairs and Investment group, are seeking to recruit an Electrician to complement our existing team. You will be responsible for installation and fault diagnosis on all types of electrical installations compliant with BS7671, to its latest edition. The role requires extensive experience of domestic and communal wiring systems, excellent practical skills, and a thorough knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation including COSHH 2002, EAWR 1989, WAHR 2005, as well as a working knowledge of the current Building Regulations. You must be able to work independently under your own supervision or as part of a team. A full manual UK driving licence is required as you will be expected to drive a company vehicle. Experience
Level 3 Qualified Electrician to 18th Edition inclusive of AM2. Extensive experience of domestic and communal wiring systems. Proven ability in installation and fault diagnosis on electrical installations compliant with BS7671, latest edition.

About you
Strong electrical background with excellent practical skills. Thorough knowledge of Health & Safety legislation relevant to the role. Able to work independently or as part of a team. Holds a full manual UK driving licence with no DR10/DG10 disqualifications in the last 5 years.

Qualifications
Level 3 Electrician qualification to 18th Edition inclusive of AM2 is essential.
