About the Role
As an Employee Relations Services Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Group Employee Relations Team, primarily site based with cross-cover responsibilities as needed. You will assist the ER Services Advisor by responding to employee relations enquiries and data requests, supporting investigations and casework, and coordinating hearings and ER team meetings. Your duties will include organising papers, booking rooms, liaising with employees and witnesses, and note taking. You will arrange disciplinary, appeal, grievance, and sickness absence hearings under direction, ensuring timely and accurate communication with all parties involved. Additionally, you will support the coordination of the monthly Partnership Forum, including liaising with staff side colleagues, preparing agendas, attending pre-meetings, and taking minutes. You will also assist with requisition and purchase order requests in collaboration with the Trust’s procurement team, support ad hoc ER projects, and help organise and deliver training events by updating materials, recording attendance, and issuing certificates. General administrative duties such as printing, photocopying, arranging meetings, and collating hearing packs will also form part of your role. Effective agenda setting, minute taking, and action tracking at ER team meetings are key responsibilities to ensure progress and task completion.
Experience
Experience in providing administrative support within a busy employee relations or HR environment is desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate meetings and hearings, and support casework is essential.

You will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important for liaising with employees, witnesses, and colleagues. You should be proactive, reliable, and able to manage confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated; however, experience or training in administration, HR, or employee relations would be advantageous.
