About the Role
As the Employer Services Manager, you will lead the Employer Services team within the region to generate appropriate work opportunities for participants. You will be accountable for the management and performance of the Employer Account Team, the Employer strategy, and account management of national employer relationships. Key responsibilities include setting targets and KPIs aligned with operational and budgetary objectives, facilitating team development through support, training and coaching, and conducting individual review meetings to monitor performance and progress. You will maintain an excellent understanding of the Restart Programme, working closely with the Head of Employer Services to identify and maximise opportunities and targets. Developing influential relationships with key employers, employment bodies, and external organisations to enhance service offerings is essential. Additionally, you will ensure all documentation and systems input are compliant and of high quality, and undertake spot audit checks, employer feedback, and operational reviews to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in setting, working to, and exceeding individual and team targets
- Demonstrated achievements in sourcing and closing new business opportunities
- Understanding of local labour market trends and drivers and how to leverage these to maximise participant outcomes

About you
Motivated leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Able to support and develop a team to deliver strategic goals. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
