About the Role
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is recruiting for an SEO Engagement Advisor on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate. This role is within the Service, Strategy and Transformation Directorate, part of the Service Transformation Group, which leads the transformation of justice services across the UK. The Engagement Advisor will play a key role in leading storytelling and engagement across the Ministry, supporting high-profile transformation priorities, and helping to set the standard for engagement products and capability building across the organisation.
You will work in a fast-paced environment delivering high-quality communications and building trusted relationships across a wide stakeholder landscape. Responsibilities include leading engagement workstreams, designing targeted communications that build understanding of transformation, shaping the transformation narrative, supporting key organisational events, producing briefings and communications for senior leaders, and continuously improving engagement approaches.

Experience
- Proven experience in engagement, communications or stakeholder management within a complex organisation
- Strong track record of building trusted and effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including senior leaders
- Experience delivering engagement linked to strategy, transformation, change or service improvement
- Confidence using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel to produce clear and effective products
- Experience drafting for senior leaders or supporting high-profile, time-sensitive activity
