About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking Estimators and Senior Estimators with proven experience across the Infrastructure sector, including Rail, Airports, Highways, Power, Water or Utilities. Estimators play a key role by supporting clients either embedded within their organisations or through ad-hoc work across multiple clients as part of the Turner & Townsend Estimating Hub. The role involves producing a wide range of estimating outputs to support client decision making, including order of magnitude estimates through to detailed first principles estimates, estimating assurance, support to major programme set up, and managing estimating data.
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans in a timely and efficient manner, managing the estimating process at project level, producing estimates independently, promoting estimating best practices within the company, assisting in achieving departmental objectives, and staying current with developments in your technical area to provide best practice advice aligned with business goals.

Experience
Proven relevant experience in estimating and/or quantity surveying services within large project environments across the Infrastructure sector. Experience working with estimating software packages is required.

Qualifications
Qualified to a high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying. Membership of a relevant professional body with chartered status or working towards it is required. Desirable membership includes RICS, CIOB, or A. Cost E.
