About the Role
At Eventogy, we are dedicated to being the trusted technology partner for corporate event professionals worldwide. Join our specialist Event Management Support team, supporting one of our largest corporate banking clients operating across Germany, the UK, and the US. As an Event Management and Support Specialist, you will act as an extension of the client’s internal events team, managing the full event lifecycle using the Eventogy platform. Your responsibilities will include creating branded event websites, managing delegate communications and registrations, building live engagement tools such as event apps, and delivering tailored reporting solutions. You will provide responsive, hands-on technical support and troubleshooting throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery of all client events and consistently exceeding expectations.
Experience
- Fluency in business German (essential)
- Previous experience with event management software or similarly complex platforms
- Proven ability to analyse data and produce custom reports
- Experience in event management is desirable but not essential

- Strong interpersonal and client service skills; capable of building and maintaining trusted relationships
