About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our exceptional Retail Culinary team. You will work within a leading business in the catering industry, known for its innovative approach, exceptional service, and authentic culinary offerings. Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, managing your station to ensure cleanliness and supply levels, maintaining high quality and presentation standards, collaborating with the team and head chef on menu development, and ensuring the kitchen and equipment are clean and well maintained. Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie for at least 3 years.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
