About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join a lively, dynamic, and driven fundraising events team at Breast Cancer Now. Over the last decade, the charity has built a strong events function, with community fundraising and events accounting for nearly a quarter of the charity’s overall voluntary income. Due to internal promotions, we are seeking 2 new Events Officers to play a key role within the team. You will manage the delivery of a varied portfolio of challenge events, including running, cycling, swimming, and trekking challenges, as well as engagement events such as Carols by Candlelight, supporter-focused events, and key internal events. You will act as a supporter for hundreds of fundraisers, serving as a point of contact and ambassador for the organisation to excite and retain supporters. This role is vital within the events team and ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Experience
Experience with administrative tasks, event logistics, and working in a fast-paced environment is desirable. Experience delivering customer service, particularly in the charity sector, is preferable.

About you
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for charity fundraising. Ability to work to deadlines and as part of a team. Comfortable communicating with supporters and staff via email, phone, and social media. Interest in charity fundraising, events management, and supporter experiences.
